By accepting our quotation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by LeadUpDigi LLC, Ltd’s terms and policies. Acceptance may be expressed verbally, via email, through payment of the initiation fee, or by signing the quotation document.

Clients must ensure that all required details and expectations are clearly included within the quotation so our team can fully understand the project scope. Timely communication of complete information and guidelines is crucial. In the absence of such details, we will proceed based on our best understanding and may issue a revised quotation if necessary. Any discrepancies or unclear requirements discovered later in the project may lead to extra charges. Clients should therefore clarify all aspects of the website development to ensure an accurate estimate.

If specific elements or task nuances need to be considered, they must be communicated in advance. Our estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quotation, and LeadUpDigi LLC, Ltd cannot be held responsible for discrepancies caused by incomplete or unclear requirements.

Each project task includes a fixed allocation of working hours. Minor adjustments can be accommodated within that timeframe.
We are committed to completing the project or any revisions within the agreed period. Reasonable delays caused by feature or scope changes are accepted.

Any client-side delays or interruptions may result in project postponement and additional charges.

Refunds or credits are not provided unless required by law or approved at our discretion.

Bugs identified during or immediately following development will be corrected without additional cost. However, rework on completed tasks, or layout changes after approval, will incur additional fees.

Any modifications requested during development or after Go-Live approval will be treated as new work and charged separately. We are not responsible for any interruptions or issues resulting from such modifications.

All website content and related materials must be supplied within the first two weeks of the project. Delays beyond a reasonable timeframe may lead to additional costs.

We conduct testing on PCs using Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers. For compatibility testing on additional browsers or devices, including mobile platforms other than iPhone and iPad, please notify us in advance.

For websites not hosted on a LeadUpDigi LLC, Ltd server, any extra time required due to network or connectivity issues is not included in our initial quotation and will be billed separately.

Projects placed on hold for more than two months will incur an administrative charge of $59 per week and may require a revised estimate. Clients must provide prior notice if a project is to be paused.

Our proprietary software codes (excluding open-source components) remain protected by copyright. Upon full payment of all dues, the source codes may be transferred for client use at an additional cost. Resale or duplication of any codes is strictly prohibited.

LeadUpDigi LLC, Ltd retains full copyright ownership of all custom-written code. Clients receive a non-transferable license for exclusive use as part of their hosting agreement. This license cannot be assigned to external hosting providers.

The website or application will be developed for standard commercial-grade internet usage. We are not responsible for any limitations of third-party elements. Costs related to third-party tools, plugins, or integrations are not included in our estimates unless specifically mentioned.

LeadUpDigi LLC, Ltd is not liable for issues arising from third-party software. Clients are responsible for maintaining updates and security for all such elements.

We collaborate with third-party vendors for certain services, and any changes in their terms may impact our offerings.

While we strive to maintain project timelines, reasonable delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Domain registration, renewal, and related fees are not included in project costs unless specified. Hosting fees are quoted separately and require client approval.

Clients managing their own hosting must confirm compatibility with our development environment before finalization. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by external hosting providers.

Websites are typically tested on servers hosted by LeadUpDigi LLC, Ltd. Direct third-party access to test environments is not permitted. Once all invoices are cleared, the site may be transferred to a third-party host as requested.

Upon full payment, LeadUpDigi LLC, Ltd grants the client an unconditional right to use all visuals, content, and media provided for the website. However, intellectual property rights related to the design and development process remain with LeadUpDigi LLC, Ltd.

All official communication will be conducted via email. Clients are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.
