LeadUp Digi Ltd (“Service Provider”)
and
Firas Almaadan (Sy Build Renovation LTD) (“Client”)
1. Scope of Work
A: Google Business Profile (GMB) SEO Services:
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services:
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Regular GMB postings (updates, promotions, service posts)
- Citation building & citation upgrades
- High-quality backlink creation for local authority
- On-page SEO for GMB (business description, services, keywords optimization)
B. Website SEO Services
- Full website SEO audit (initial & ongoing)
- On-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, content optimization)
- Off-page SEO (backlinks & authority building)
- Technical SEO improvements (crawlability, indexing, basic technical fixes)
- Monthly SEO performance reporting (rankings, visibility & progress updates)
- Ongoing GMB performance monitoring and strategy updates
C. Website Development Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services:
- Complete website design and development
- Custom layout and responsive design (mobile, tablet & desktop optimized)
- Creation of essential pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)
- Basic on-page content setup (provided by client or adjusted if needed)
- Contact forms and basic functionality setup
- Speed optimization and basic performance setup
- Final testing and website launch
2. Objectives
The objective of this agreement is to:
- Improve local and organic search visibility
- Achieve first-page Google rankings (where feasible)
- Increase inbound calls, enquiries, and job bookings for Sy Build Renovation LTD
Note: Rankings and results depend on competition, market conditions, and client cooperation. No specific ranking guarantees are made.
3. Pricing
Total Project Cost: £600 (3-Month Program)
- £400 for website development
- £200 for website marketing (including SEO & GMB)
This agreement is for a 3-month program (minimum term).
Payments must be made via a mutually agreed payment method.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, payment link, or any mutually agreed method
- Work may be paused if payments are not made as agreed
- The total project cost will be paid in 3 installments as follows:
- 9 May 2026: £300
- £200 for marketing
- £100 for website development
- 8 June 2026: £350
- £200 for marketing
- £150 for website development (remaining balance)
- July 2026: £350
- £200 for marketing
- £150 for website development

5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to Google Business Profile and related platforms
- Maintain ethical business practices and comply with Google guidelines
Delays caused by lack of access or approvals may affect timelines and results.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice
- All work completed up to the termination date will remain billable
- No refunds for completed or ongoing work
7. No Guarantee Clause:
The Service Provider does not guarantee:
- Specific rankings
- Exact number of leads, calls, or sales
SEO is a long-term process, and outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond control.
8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all shared information, credentials, business data, and strategies strictly confidential.
9. Intellectual Property:
- All SEO work, reports, and strategies remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider until full payment is received
- After payment, deliverables become the Client’s property, excluding proprietary methods
10. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties confirm they understand and agree to the terms of this agreement and authorize the Service Provider to begin work on the agreed start date.
