LeadUp Digi Ltd (“Service Provider”)

Philip (Aberdeen Roof Repairs) (“Client”)
1. Scope of Work
A: Google Business Profile (GMB) Services:
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services:
Google Business Profile optimization
Regular GMB postings (updates, promotions, service posts)
Citation building & citation upgrades
High-quality backlink creation for local authority
On-page SEO for GMB (business description, services, keywords optimization)
2. Objectives
The objective of this agreement is to:
Improve local and organic search visibility
Achieve first-page Google rankings (where feasible)
Increase inbound calls, enquiries, and job bookings for Aberdeen Roof Repairs.
Note: Rankings and results depend on competition, market conditions, and client cooperation. No specific ranking guarantees are made.
3. Pricing
Total Project Cost: £120 per month
Payments must be made via a mutually agreed payment method.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, payment link, or any mutually agreed method
One-Week Trial – LeadUp Digi Ltd.
LeadUp Digi Ltd. is providing Philip with a one-week trial of our Google Business Profile marketing services.
During the trial week, our team will actively work on the profile and provide a detailed report at the end 26 August. The report will include the work completed, including:
- 5 Google Posts per day to keep the profile active and engaging.
- Daily link-building/off-page SEO work to strengthen online visibility.
- Google Maps citations and local business directory submissions.
- A summary of the activities completed during the trial period.
At the end of the one-week trial, Philip will be able to review the report and evaluate the quality and consistency of the work completed by LeadUp Digi Ltd.
If Philip is happy and satisfied with the work, he will pay £120, and LeadUp Digi Ltd. will continue providing the agreed marketing services on an ongoing basis.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide timely access to Google Business Profile and related platforms
Maintain ethical business practices and comply with Google guidelines
Delays caused by lack of access or approvals may affect timelines and results.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice
All work completed up to the termination date will remain billable
No refunds for completed or ongoing work
7. No Guarantee Clause:
The Service Provider does not guarantee:
Specific rankings
Exact number of leads, calls, or sales
SEO is a long-term process, and outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond control.
8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all shared information, credentials, business data, and strategies strictly confidential.
9. Intellectual Property:
All SEO work, reports, and strategies remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider until full payment is received
After payment, deliverables become the Client’s property, excluding proprietary methods
10. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties confirm they understand and agree to the terms of this agreement and authorize the Service Provider to begin work on the agreed start date.
