Refund Policy Upon Commencement of Work:

Once our team begins working on your project, refunds generally cannot be issued. Each project requires dedicated time, expertise, and resources from our professionals. Therefore, once work has started, it becomes impractical to accommodate refund requests.

Client Termination Rights:

Clients may choose to terminate our services at any time. However, cancellations made during an active billing cycle will not qualify for refunds for that month.
To cancel, clients must submit a written notice — via email or text message — clearly stating their intent. Future billing will stop after the cancellation date, though no partial or prorated refunds will be provided.

Cancellations Without Cause or Due to Dissatisfaction:

If a client chooses to cancel services without a valid reason or simply because they are unsatisfied with the results, no full refund will be issued.
However, as a goodwill gesture, 75% of the payment for that month will be refunded, and 25% will be deducted to cover the time, resources, and operational costs already invested in the project.

Adherence to Guidelines for Refund Eligibility:

To achieve optimal results, clients are required to follow our professional recommendations and approved strategies, particularly in relation to “White Hat” practices.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • SEO research and implementation

  • Keyword optimization and content updates

  • Website structure and connectivity improvements

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in ineligibility for any refund claims.

Website Accessibility Requirement:

Clients must ensure that their website remains fully accessible to our team during the service period. Restricted or interrupted access to the website can negatively impact project performance and may void eligibility for refunds.

Approval of Designs and Commencement of Work:

Once a client approves a proposed design or plan, and our team begins implementation, the project enters a confirmed execution phase. From that point onward, refunds will not be issued for approved and ongoing work.

Cancellation of Special Event Services:

For event-based or time-sensitive services arranged by our sales team, clients must provide at least 30 days’ notice for cancellation. Due to the planning and coordination required for such projects, refunds for late cancellations may not be possible.

Advance Notice for Service Termination:

Clients wishing to discontinue SEO or digital marketing packages must give a minimum of 15 days’ written notice before the intended termination date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Inactivity Clause:

Projects or campaigns that remain inactive for more than 30 consecutive days without client communication or approval will be considered dormant. Refunds will not be issued for such inactive projects.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
